TRAFINEO works closely with major international partners, including BP/Aral, Circle K, eni and OMV. We also act as the central on-road service provider for the ROUTEX consortium, one of the largest service station networks in Europe. TRAFINEO GmbH & Co. KG is a company that specializes in mobility services, particularly in the areas of fuel card billing and toll solutions for the transport and logistics industry.
Foundation of TRAFINEO GmbH & Co. KG
TRAFINEO is founded by the shareholders BP and UTA in Alzenau with around 10 employees.
New shareholders & company headquarters
Statoil (now Circle K) takes over the UTA shares – BP (75 %) and Circle K (25 %) become new shareholders. New company headquarters in Bochum.
